Overview
Accessa now allows you to automatically expire transactions based on your operational preferences. You can choose between Scheduled Expiry (transactions expire at a specific time every day) or Set Duration (transactions expire after a set number of days or hours). This guide walks you through how to configure this feature.
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
1. Log in to your Koloni Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings → General.
3. You’ll see the configuration section under Support and Terms and Conditions.
Step 2: Enable Transaction Expiry
1. Scroll to the Add Expiry section.
2. Check the box labeled Add Expiry to enable expiration controls.
Step 3: Choose an Expiry Method
You have two options for how transactions will expire.
Option 1: Scheduled Expiry
Use this option if you want transactions to expire automatically at the same time every day.
1. Select Scheduled Expiry.
2. Set a specific time (e.g., 2:00 AM).
3. The system will clear or expire all eligible transactions at that time each day.
Option 2: Set Duration
Use this if you want each transaction to expire after a fixed duration (for example, 5 days after creation).
1. Select Set Duration.
2. Enter the duration value (e.g., 5) and choose the unit (Days or Hours).
3. Transactions will automatically expire after this set period.
Step 4: Save Your Settings
After selecting your preferred method:
1. Click Submit to apply the configuration.
2. Click Clear if you want to reset or remove the expiry settings.
Once submitted, the expiry logic will automatically apply to all future transactions.
Tips
