  1. Start a ride: Download the Koloni app → create account → add payment → scan the vehicle QR → follow on‑screen steps.

  2. End a ride: Park inside a designated station/geofence, lock the bike, and tap “End Ride” in the app until you see a success screen.

  3. Lock won’t open? Ensure Bluetooth is on, stand next to the bike, try the app again. Still stuck? Click on exclamation point on bottom left to report issue.

  4. Can’t end ride? Move the bike fully inside the station zone, close the lock, take 1 photo, then tap End Ride. If still blocked, Click on exclamation point on bottom left to report issue.

  5. Where can I park? Only at marked racks/virtual stations shown on the app map. Fines/fees may apply for out‑of‑zone parking.

  6. Prices? Open a station in the app to see current rates and any passes. Pricing varies by location.

  7. Refund request: Click on exclamation point on bottom left to report issue in the app or email [email protected] with your ride ID and photos.

  8. Damaged bike? Don’t ride. Report via exclamation point on bottom left to report issue

  9. Age/helmet rules: Follow local laws and posted rules in the app for your location. Ride at your discretion and wear a helmet where required.

  10. Multiple riders on one account? You can add up 5 rentals per 1 account at the same time
